About the Programme

The process from the apprehension of the offender until the act of penalizing the offender comes under the purview of the legal framework. Law Enforcement, forensic services, judiciary and the corrections are the main pillars of the criminal justice system which serves to uphold the ideals of legal justice.

This is the vital curriculum of the programme where the students get to learn the science behind the criminal minds, the importance of the forensic element in investigation, the aspect of law in a courtroom as well as the roles of corrections in shaping one’s behaviour.

What Will I Study

Entry Requirements

  1. Pass SPM/SPMV with minimum 3 credits in any subject; OR
  2. Pass UEC with at least Grade B in 3 subjects; OR
  3. Pass O-Level with at least Grade C in 3 subjects; OR
  4. Pass SKM Level 3 in the related discipline; AND
  5. Pass SPM with at least 1 credit in any subject; AND
  6. Attended consolidation program (if necessary); OR
  7. Pass Sijil Kolej Komuniti similar with Level 3 MQF in the related discipline; AND
  8. Pass SPM with at least 1 credit in any subject; AND
  9. Attended consolidation program (if necessary); OR
  10. Pass certificate (Level 3 MQF) in the related discipline with at least CGPA 2.00; OR
  11. Pass STPM or similar with at least Grade C (NGMP 2.0) in 1 subject; OR
  12. Pass STAM (maqbul); OR
  13. Other requirements considered as similar.
