About the Programme

The Cyberlynx International College Diploma in Early Childhood Education program is designed to provide students with the necessary creative skills and practical knowledge as a competent Early Childhood Educator.

Students who have successfully completed this program will learn to understand how to attend to the needs of the children in their care and foster positive supportive relationships with their families, and learn how to develop positive professional relationships with the child care institution, as well as the surrounding community.

Entry Requirements

  1. Pass SPM with at least 3 credits in any equivalent subject; OR
  2. Passed Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with at least Grade C (NGMP 2.0) in any subject or its equivalent; OR
  3. Pass the Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with at least Maqbul grade; OR
  4. Pass Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with at least Grade B in three (3) subjects; OR
  5. Pass O-Level from an institution recognized by the Malaysian Government with at least Grade C in three (3) subjects; OR
  6. Passed the Malaysian Vocational Certificate (SVM) with honors in the Malay language subject and obtained CGPA 2.00 (Academic) and CGPA 2.67 (Vocational); OR
  7. Pass the Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) (Level 3, MQF) from an institution that has received a full accreditation certificate and is subject to the approval of the IPTS Academic Board; AND through a strengthening program not exceeding one (1) year or two (2) semesters of study; OR
  8. Pass a Community College Certificate equivalent to MQF Level 3 in a related field; AND passed SPM with one (1) credit in any subject; OR
  9. Passed Certificate in Early Childhood Education or its equivalent; OR
  10. Other qualifications recognized as equivalent by the Malaysian Government.

For international students, Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) with a score of 500 OR International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with a score of 5.0 OR its equivalent is required.
