The Course

The course is made up of comprehensive modules which include subjects that provide a solid understanding of sports club management. Students are given a broad overview of managerial, social and psychological perspectives as well as business skills.

Areas of study include club operations and member services, sporting structures and funding, employment law and staffing matters, financial management of a club/sports facility, leadership and team building, coach and volunteer management, facility development and project management as well as business planning and marketing.
